Came down south for a business conference, and of course, had to stop by Cracker Barrel. I was amazed at how friendly everyone was to me here. Every hostess, cashier, and waiter/waitress smiled at me and asked how I was doing. This is the friendliest Cracker Barrel I've ever been to! The food was meh, though. Ordered the rainbow trout, with sides of mac & cheese & fresh apple slices. The cooked portion of fish was no more than 1.5 oz, I got MAYBE 4 tablespoons of mac & cheese. Not impressed. A newborn infant could finish that amount of food & still be crying for more. My order was wrong, too: I was given the fried apple side instead of fresh apples. Not a big deal - since the portion sizes were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than I'd anticipated, the fried apples were more filling than apple slices would have been. I'd come here again, but not for the fish. Or the macaroni & cheese. Just for the monster-sized pixy stix in the candy store. They were this experience's saving grace.

Breakfast here after the Easter sunrise service on the beach and it was perfect. Our waitress was spot on and our meals were hot, exactly how we ordered and we had enough for a full container of take out leftover. I had french toast as usual and it was delish! Apple butter is always a treat and this visit was consistent! I'll be back!

I dined at this location for this first time this past weekend. The service was very friendly, but the waitress would disappear and very slow to return ( it wasn't busy). Food was on par with any other Cracker Barrel. I ordered a chicken BLT with side of green beans. The plate was delivered with an open face sandwich on the same plate as the beans. As a result, both pieces of bread were soaked with bean juice. Probably would have been better to put the beans in a small bowl. Not to complain, I ate it anyway. Would recommend.

Blueberry Pancakes. The best anywhere! Enough said.

Visited Cracker Barrel for breakfast on our first trip to the South after traveling from North Jersey. I ordered their plain pancakes which tasted very cake like to me and not fluffy which I had anticipated. My boyfriend ordered scrambled eggs and bacon which was ok. He enjoyed his biscuits very much. The waitress was very attentive and asked more than once if everything was ok. Enjoyed browsing around the gift shop.

Poor service, pancakes were burn. Some portions of food never even made it to the table. Drinks were empty more than once. We are locals that frequent local restaurants. It will be a long time before we revisit the NMB. Cracker Barrel.

We had Thanksgiving Dinner here this year. I have never eaten out on Thanksgiving. This was just perfect. A drink, stuffing, cranberries, turkey, ham, 2 sides, biscuits and a piece of pie. What a steal!!! I will definitely remember that if I am ever out.

Consistently Good! I was here for vacation and craving some good breakfast food at 1 in the afternoon, so what better place to hit up than the Cracker Barrel? The breakfast was as good as it always is, but the only downside to this location is they still had a smoking section. I forgot those existed after living in Georgia for a few years.

Was here on business and was staying next door at Oceancreek Resorts. Was very excited to have breakfast at Crackle Barrel, we'll I was so disappointed the grits were terrible. I believe they were instant grits, the food was lukewarm. The wheat toast was too cold for the butter to melt. Would not have breakfast there again.

Food was good, service was great, and the place was clean. I think it's stupid that yelp won't post my review because it's too short.

Cracker Barrel really lived up to my expectations in terms of dining environment, menu variety, price, & service. Went for dinner and was seated immediately. Very surprised with the quantity of food that you receive with the price you pay! For around $10 you can snag a main entree with 3 sides, not bad at all and very filling. The quality of food is on par with the old western ambience of the restaurant. That's why I was expecting it to be expensive. The type of food that is available here is classic American meals that are cooked homestyle with some additional local specialties (burgers & fresh fish). They have put lots of effort into the theme of the restaurant which is something that's appreciable and makes eating there a pleasant experience. The downsides to this restaurant are that this specific location has a connected gift shop which they force you to go through to go to and from the main restraunt. Sometimes the restraunt gets loud from the people in the gift shop. Don't forget to rock in the chairs outside and enjoy a game of checkers on the board after your meal!

We were seated fairly quickly. The waitress passed our table and said she'd be back to get our drink order. 10 minutes later she returns takes drink order but not food. She returns with biscuits/cornbread, takes our food order but no silverware or plates. They are out and are waiting for some to be cleaned. I am looking around and people have their entire order but no silverware to eat the food. It's a Friday night in Myrtle Beach and you run out of spoons, forks, knives and plates... Really!!!!! The service I give two stars. I've had worse and this was pretty close. Now for the food review. The food was good. Chicken Fried Steak, Dumplins, Carrots, Rice Pilaf with Diet Coke. She brought me a refill along with my initial drink. She was very apologetic after bringing our food because of the silverware issue which made things a little better. The waitress apologized many times over but I still give three stars because you should never ever run out of silverware or plates.

I love every Cracker Barrel I have ever been to and this location did not disappoint. I know they are all the same but I like look forward to seeing each one and what merchandise they have in the country store. My favorite meals are the blueberry pancakes and the pecan pancakes. I love the syrup and I can't tell you how much fun it is to shop in the store. Always an enjoyable experience and great pancakes.

Breakfast is just like home, maybe better because I didn't have to fix it. Salads are large and fresh. Vegetables are great! Biscuits are my favorite! Not ritzy but down home atmosphere which we love!

Waitress made us clean our table after our son spilt his chocolate milk. We had to go to the bathroom to retrieve paper towels to clean the table to eat. Food was marginal at best but the bacon was crispy.

I didn't expect much from Cracker Barrel, it has to be said. But from a Cracker Barrel in the South, in a huge tourist area, I expected a better meal. The rolls were delicious, but my entree - chicken fried steak (a southern staple) - was just meh. Not really tasty at all. I'm glad I asked for the sauce on the side, because it was SO peppery, I couldn't eat it at all. I wish I'd ordered a salad.
